HaloClicks™ is a brand owned and operated by Lucida Stella Pte. Ltd., a company in Singapore. Lucida Stella Pte. Ltd. is responsible for the information you submit through the careers page.

We use your details only to consider whether a current or future opportunity might suit your experience and interests, and to contact you about it. Expressing interest does not mean a vacancy exists, and we do not promise a reply, interview or engagement.

Your name, email, country, and optionally your time zone, LinkedIn and portfolio links, along with your career stage, areas of interest, preferred work arrangements, introduction, experience and availability, and your CV. We do not ask for your date of birth, gender, religion, marital status or identification numbers — please leave these out of your CV if you can.

CVs are stored in private storage and are never available through a public link. Authorised HaloClicks personnel open them through short-lived secure links. Email alerts to our team never include your CV.

Only authorised HaloClicks personnel who sign in to our restricted review area. We do not use automated or AI tools to rank, screen or reject applicants.

The retention period is to be confirmed by HaloClicks and will be stated here before this notice is finalised. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Because we work remotely across countries, your information may be stored or accessed outside the country where you live. Details of where data is held will be confirmed in the final notice.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your interest, at any time. Email contact@haloclicks.com with your submission reference and we will act on your request.
