This site has no hidden form and no newsletter sign-up. Pressing “Let's talk” or “Start the conversation” opens a window offering to launch Outlook, Gmail or your own mail app with a message already addressed to contact@haloclicks.com.

Nothing leaves your device until you press send in your own mail app. What you write is yours to decide.

When you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include — usually your name, your business, and a description of what you're after.

We use it only to reply, to think about your business properly, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, because this site does not build one.

Like every website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider that may log standard technical details — IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of visit — so the site can run and stay secure.

We do not add advertising trackers or profiling cookies of our own to this site.

We do not sell or rent your information. We only pass on what is needed to deliver the service you chose: if you pick Outlook or Gmail, your message travels through Microsoft or Google, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to that part.

Enquiry emails and replies are kept while we're talking, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. There is no visitor database behind this site to keep you in.

You can ask us at any time to correct, export or delete anything we hold about you by emailing contact@haloclicks.com. We'll act on it as far as our records and the law allow.
